Required Skills / Experience:
- Bachelors Degree, with 8+ years related information systems experience and 5+ years in Data warehousing/ Business Intelligence
- Expertise with Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Architecture and Data warehousing, concepts, terminology, and architecture.
- Experience with various business intelligence technologies (applications, databases, ETL, reporting, etc.).
- Experience with OLAP
- Expertise in designing logical and physical multi-tenant DB Schema and performance tuning of ETL / DB etc.
- Expert understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and ETL tools. Detailed knowledge of capabilities of multiple reporting tools (e.g. COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.).
- Excellent SQL skills and in-depth understanding of database technologies.
- Able to translate user requirements into functional or product requirements and be able to document those.
- Training is critical part of Implementation process; candidate should have had experience preparing training material as well as delivering effective training to the end users.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

The Senior Designer’s primary role is to identify and propose actionable and effective brand appropriate design solutions that deliver on our business goals, ensure site-wide consistency and provide a foundation for future enhancements. - You Understand basic web-based and client/server architectures, including how systems interface with each other.
- You possess working knowledge of web frameworks/technologies and database design.
- You should have at least a working knowledge of XHTML/CSS. If you can cut-up your own comps, so much the better.

Job specifics – Statistical/Econometric Modeler
Role and responsibilities:
- Performing econometric modeling and simulations/forecasts regarding marketing mix optimization, campaign segmentation, pricing optimization and customer lifetime value analyses to support client engagements
- Helping modeling team and client teams to meet quality standards and improvement goals governing model accuracy and actionability.
- Helping modeling team and client teams to meet and exceed model development & implementation cycle time.
- Helping modeling team and client teams to identify best practices and other key principles that would improve modeling and forecasting effectiveness and efficiency.
- Assisting senior modelers and key academics with methodology development and testing.
- Assisting clients in retrieving, compiling, and formatting data.
- Testing econometric specifications using SAS and Eviews.
- Writing and testing macros that help automate data/modeling process using SAS, Excel VBA, Matlab, R, or Eviews.
- Using SAS, Excel, and MS ACCESS to merge, transform, and update data from various sources.
- Searching databases to retrieve various types of macroeconomic and other data for analytical insights activity.
- Analyzing of data to generate graphics for use in client presentations.
- Supporting the development and testing of programming codes to transform predictive and forecasting model equations into computer programming algorithms, as required by MarketShare product teams.
- Other activities as requested by MarketShare.
Background
A stellar academic background, minimum 3 year- statistical/econometric modeling and programming experiences, fluency in SAS, Eviews, Visual Basic, R, or Matlab, and the ability to tie in deeper, more granular level data and analytics are required. An MS degree in Statistics, Economics, or Applied Math, and a few years experience in a marketing field are preferred.
